Twisp atomisers are warranted against D.O.A (Dead on arrival) on return within 10 days from purchase date. Please ensure that atomisers are working perfectly from purchase.
If looked after Twisp atomisers should give you up to 6 months good service. Please see below for atomiser maintenance instructions. Atomiser Daily care.1: Remove Atomiser from battery and cartridge. 2:Blow the atomiser out thoroughly and vigorously until no more liquid comes out. 2: Clean away excess liquid with tissue 3: Remove Atomiser from battery overnight, to let drain. 4: Rinse, blow out and dry cartridge before refilling.
