I was a 40-60 a day smoker and have not touched a cigarette since receiving my Twisp. Phenomenal but true. I cannot praise the product enough nor can I thank you enough for this. A million, zillion thanks! Bought a cigar this afternoon for my first experiment, and have now been cigarette free for hours. I'd long forgotten what it feels like to have clear head and lungs. It takes care of both the deeply-entrench ed habit and the nicotine addiction, which is in fact relatively light. I have smoked cigarettes, a pipe and cigars since 1974, with only a three-month break in 2001. I won't need any of those again!!!!!!! Also no more ashtrays, mess and pong; no more stained fingers; no waste of burnt-out smokes; no need to keep my office door open in the coldest weather. The cigar flavour is rather more like a cherry pipe tobacco. But, hey, since when did a smoker really care about the flavour of anything? When the cigar is used up I shall invest in one of the Twisp cigarette packs. (My only concern is that the Ruyan cigar, unlike the cigarette packs, is a Chinese product. I think this ought to be made clear on the product page.)

I like this product very much. Been using it for two days, but I find the replacement cartridges certainly do not last for about twenty cigarettes. It is more like the equivalent of five cigarettes. I bought a bottle of the high strength nicotine liquid (Marlboro flavour) from my tobacconist for R220. It is supposed to last about a month. You just carefully place three drops on the cotton wool piece inside the cartridge, and continue smoking.

Hi, I am 50 years old and have smoked 20 - 30 fags a day since I was 18 years old. I bought Twisp Mini and gave up smoking 3.5 weeks ago when I got my Twisp Mini. I have not smoked a cigerette since then, I do not want one, I have no cravings and I am now convinced that I will never smoke fags again. I gave up 18 months ago for 2 months and I was so sick I ended up in hospital - needless to say I went back to smoking. This time it has been so easy - without any of the cravings, mood swings or illness that I had last time. Twisp has done it for me. I totally consider myself an ex-smoker.

Caroline, it will cost you less if you order directly from Twisp through this website. I started with the disposable cigar and was off cigarettes for ten days -- first time in eight years! Then I bought the Twisp Black Classic about a month ago, and am very pleased with it. It works -- I do not need to smoke cigarettes (after 39 years of smoking)!!! Some simple user maintenance is needed. Charge batteries overnight; purchase liquids and refill the cartridges (the original ones did not seem to last very long). Unless you just buy new cartridges -- though you save by using refill liquids. If you work at a computer as I do, the USB power supply is brilliant. I was only disappointed by the refill liquids -- I ordered them through local chemist; there was a supply problem, eventually they arrived but not the flavour I had requested (I don't like cherry, even in pipe smoking),

Takes some getting used too and the Tobacco Flavour tastes nothing like a cigarette (probably depends what your brand was). I can say though that I haven't had a cigarette for 6 hours and I'm not planning to have one either. Well worth the money as a cigarette replacement. Drops are a bit expensive though...

I have been using the Twisp mini now for about 7 weeks. It was really great for 5 of those but it seems that the last 2 weeks I am not getting any flavour out of the liquid and it is still the same bottle I bought about three weeks ago. Anyone had the same problem? I've tried cleaning the vaporiser, using more liquid, using less liquid but none of that has helped. Am now smoking again and very disappointed with myself and my Twisp!

Guys you need to re-visit your website and the navigation please. I have been trying to actually place an order online for probably about 20 minutes now but the closest I've come to being able to "choose" what package I want (ie: see all the options available to me and select one/more) is the site map but even that is cumbersome to say the least.
Were it not for the fact that I am determined to stop smoking I might have lost interest about 18 minutes ago...

I have been using Twisp since the day my doctor told me that smoking was no longer an option..... it has been fantastic... but there are definitely some discrepancies re info regarding this product... having been a "Twipser" in my third month.... the cost of this is no less than smoking... the cartridges do not last as long as advertised and the atomiser is a real problem... I notice as the atomiser "wears down" so one needs to use more liquid... which results in a much higher usage.. and would really appreciate thus beign addressed!

Also I feel the cost of the liquids is decided exorbitant and believe that this too could be revied!

Having said that, it does not dispute the fact that this is the only thing on the market that has managed to take the place of a cig for me... and for that I am every grateful.......Thanks :-)

Hi all, I am very keen to try this product, which ' model ' do you recommend, the Mini or the Dura C, I don't want to waste my money, how long does the battery and the atomiser last, I see the advert for the Dura C offers 2 atomisers ? Also how long do the drops last i.e. how many ciggies will 3 drops do ?

I have been using Twisp for about 4 months now and the product is fantastic. However, I needed a replacement battery the other day and found the new battery incredibly 'tight' as it limited the flow of air into the twisp. I returned it to where I bought it and the assistant tried about 8 other batteries. All with the same result- extremely difficult to smoke as you have to pull really hard. There may be a fault with the newer batch of twisps. Has anyobdy else experienced this?

Hi. I'm very keen to try the product, but am not willing to fork out R600 for a product that I don't know if it will work for me. I would very much like a demo.
I contacted 2 retailers who both flatly refused, and then contacted Twisp themselves and was told that they will be doing road shows in my area which will allow me a demo. This however was montha ago and I havent heard anyting more.
Please, everytime I light up lately and cough I think what a dream smoking without carcinogens will be. Please Twisp, organize a Demo for me.

Good day, I bought the Twisp Mini. Best investment I've ever made. Have not touched a normal cigarette in 56 days. I feel better than ever.
I live in Nelspruit and buy all my cartridges and liquid at Inkcor.
However, I see that their prices differ from the prices advertised on this site. I wanted to buy some blank cartridges and the price they gave me was R59-00. That is one hell-of-a mark-up. I thought prices were governed by Twisp South-Africa. If not, I would like to buy from Twisp South Africa directly.

I really think that the price range should be re-evaluated. Viewing all the options, it works out more expensive than the original cigarettes. If the price was reasonable, I am sure we would have more healthier people walking around, and the pong of cigarette smoke less.

It is with great concern that I read the recent published article re the E cigarette.
The FDA in America has tested and found a number of carcinogens in E Cigarettes

The whole reason for purchasing (at a high cost) the Titanium Twisp, only to find that the promises of no carcinogens might not be exactly accurate.
Do we have any controls on manufacturing and testing of these toxic chemicals in the Twisp? It is very concerning to think that anti freeze is in the e cigarette!

Im a 19 year old student, who has been smoking since 14 years of age, and have been using my Twisp for some time now. Everyone i mention it to questions the price- but if you are or were a heavy smoker it actually works out cheaper-in the long run, even when you buy the fancy accesories too.

It's much better than medications prescribed by doctors as they have side effects and people under 21 aren't allowed to use most of them. Starting smoking at such a young age isn't the most intellegent thing to do (as i later realize) but this is an excellent alternative and i'll be weaning myself off the nicotine soon...

I'd suggest people who know their young'ns are smoking should definately introduce them to the Twisp.

Hi. Bought the Twisp yesterday. So far, the idea seems great, the product looks like its of a durable quality, and since I've been using it today, I didnt seem interested in having a cigarette. The tobacco tastes a little like 'hubbly bubbly', but then again, my brand is/was Camel filter.

It comes supplied with two batteries, 5 cartriges and 1 atomiser. I was wondering if the atomiser is sold seperately. This way, my wife can have one and i can have one. We not heavy smokers anyway and 1 battery will last for both of us for a day.

But really great product. I bought it as soon as I layed my eyes on the ad, even if it did set me R1000 back (incl liquid).

Ek het ongeveer 50 sigarette per dag gerook. Het 'n maand gelede my Twisp gekoop, en sedertdien nog nie weer aan 'n sigaret geval nie. Sal binne die volgende maand ook die twisp kan bêre. Ek kan getuig dat dit definitief werk.

I would like to comment on the Twisp Dura-C. I have been using it for the last two months and can honestly say that I have given up cigarette smoking for good. I was a 25 a day smoker and smoked for 42 years. Feel like a million dollars and enjoy socialising with my Dura-C stick (as I call it). Well done on a good product.
