I would like to comment on the Twisp Dura-C. I have been using it for the last two months and can honestly say that I have given up cigarette smoking for good. I was a 25 a day smoker and smoked for 42 years. Feel like a million dollars and enjoy socialising with my Dura-C stick (as I call it). Well done on a good product.

All of the best,

Thanks for the speedy delivery. The cigarette works great. You mentioned the option of franchise / distributorship. Please can you provide more details on this?
Regards
Jay
Which product did you buy?
Take care,

Mrs. M Hobkirk,
Seeing that we are on the North Province what about francise in Polokwane
There seems to be a problem with supplies of replacement cartridges though so keep an eye here - perhaps we'll get some feedback.
IM FINDING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE UP ON MY OWN
Where in Port Elizabeth can I purchase the product.I hear so many good things about it.
What do you recommend a person needs to start off with? Need to stop smoking.
to stop is really difficult for me. Does this Twisp taste like a real cigarette? How long does your starter pack
last? Can you wean yourself off smoking with Twisp? many questions needing answers. Which one do i go for a
as a starter kit and what about the refills, how long do they last and are they freely available.
Dura : 200-250
Classic: 300-400 Puffs
Guys you need to re-visit your website and the navigation please. I have been trying to actually place an order online for probably about 20 minutes now but the closest I've come to being able to "choose" what package I want (ie: see all the options available to me and select one/more) is the site map but even that is cumbersome to say the least.
Were it not for the fact that I am determined to stop smoking I might have lost interest about 18 minutes ago...
I'll keep trying, wish me luck.
Also I feel the cost of the liquids is decided exorbitant and believe that this too could be revied!
Having said that, it does not dispute the fact that this is the only thing on the market that has managed to take the place of a cig for me... and for that I am every grateful.......Thanks :-)
I would appreciate any input
Thanks
Chris
I contacted 2 retailers who both flatly refused, and then contacted Twisp themselves and was told that they will be doing road shows in my area which will allow me a demo. This however was montha ago and I havent heard anyting more.
Please, everytime I light up lately and cough I think what a dream smoking without carcinogens will be. Please Twisp, organize a Demo for me.
I live in Nelspruit and buy all my cartridges and liquid at Inkcor.
However, I see that their prices differ from the prices advertised on this site. I wanted to buy some blank cartridges and the price they gave me was R59-00. That is one hell-of-a mark-up. I thought prices were governed by Twisp South-Africa. If not, I would like to buy from Twisp South Africa directly.
Depends on the delivery if any. We should all get together and order one time to ensure that delivery costs are shared.
We are generally very happy with the Twisp, until this article:
It is with great concern that I read the recent published article re the E cigarette.
The FDA in America has tested and found a number of carcinogens in E Cigarettes
The whole reason for purchasing (at a high cost) the Titanium Twisp, only to find that the promises of no carcinogens might not be exactly accurate.
Do we have any controls on manufacturing and testing of these toxic chemicals in the Twisp? It is very concerning to think that anti freeze is in the e cigarette!
thanks

Im a 19 year old student, who has been smoking since 14 years of age, and have been using my Twisp for some time now. Everyone i mention it to questions the price- but if you are or were a heavy smoker it actually works out cheaper-in the long run, even when you buy the fancy accesories too.
It's much better than medications prescribed by doctors as they have side effects and people under 21 aren't allowed to use most of them. Starting smoking at such a young age isn't the most intellegent thing to do (as i later realize) but this is an excellent alternative and i'll be weaning myself off the nicotine soon...
I'd suggest people who know their young'ns are smoking should definately introduce them to the Twisp.
=)
So glad i was introduced to it
Thanx Anne, you're an angel.
I smoke between 20 to 25 heavy brand cegs.
what is it I need to get.... to get me through a month ?????????? liquids, cartridges ???
Just bought the twisp Mini. How many drops should be put in the filter?
The salesman said ONE, however reading these posts I see THREE mentioned?
Thanks.
when using the liquid, do i drip it on the atomizer or on the sponge of the cartridge??
thankyou
jimmy
It comes supplied with two batteries, 5 cartriges and 1 atomiser. I was wondering if the atomiser is sold seperately. This way, my wife can have one and i can have one. We not heavy smokers anyway and 1 battery will last for both of us for a day.
But really great product. I bought it as soon as I layed my eyes on the ad, even if it did set me R1000 back (incl liquid).
