Loyalty Program Update
We are happy to announce that, after months of hard work, development and testing, we will be re-launching the Twisp Loyalty program in the not too distant future. Our streamlined Loyalty program is designed to make tracking and redeeming your Loyalty points effortlessly efficient.
To ensure a smooth transition, please make sure that your details (Name, Surname, Contact Number and Email Address) are currently correct on the loyalty system. You can either visit your nearest Twisp store or find out via our online support channels. It is imperative that your mobile number is correct as this is your unique identification. Please note that if details aren’t updated and correct on the database, we can’t promise a smooth transition.
If you find that your details are incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 021 001 8511 and we will update your
information for you.
All details need to be updated by 31st May 2016.
Furthermore, please note that, as per the Terms & Conditions, points are only valid for a period of 90 days from date of being allocated against your loyalty account.
